Happy 100th Birthday Briar Bush!

One hundred years ago, Everett and Florence Griscom discovered the magic and beauty of 12 acres of woodland in Abington Township. Throughout the next half century, they invited friends as well as local children and adults to the sanctuary they fondly named “Briar Bush.” Thousands of visitors later, we proudly celebrate their heritage and the sense of wonder we instill in kids from six months to 101 years old who visit our sanctuary!
